EFSys – Electrical Fire Monitoring System

CET’s EFSys Electrical Fire Monitoring System is developed with our years of experience in Intelligent Building Power Management for the LV power distribution system of large commercial buildings according to the national electrical fire safety standard.  Our EFSys represents a new generation of fire alarm system and employs a distributed monitoring architecture with a flexible and modular approach using high-sensitivity residual current detection, intelligent temperature measurement, advanced communications and software control technologies.  Our EFSys supports flexible configuration because of the distributed architecture and provides comprehensive capabilities, enabling the real-time monitoring of every electrical fire detection point.  EFSys has also integrated functions from our Intelligent Power Management System such as energy metering, cascade protection, fault detection, setpoint alarming, remote control, self-diagnosis, network redundancy with hot standby, battery backup power supply with automatic switching, large memory log, dynamic real-time displays as well as online testing.  The digital technology implemented by our EFSys resolves the high rate of false alarms of traditional electrical fire alarm system.   The integration of electrical fire monitoring and power management into a single unified system has improved system manageability, reduced overall investment costs, elevated the safety and reliability of the power supply system, made significant contribution to energy conservation as well as creating a environmentally friendly power system.
